i looooove this next shot, feels like an anthropologie catalog to me!

i actually shot these pictures about a month ago but somehow forgot to share them here. even though sam and zoe are identical twins, they are completely distinguishable, their teeny tiny personalities already shining through. i’ve been friends with this family for years and was actually excited when last week i got call asking me to rush aver and play emergency babysitter. after 3 hours with these sweet babies i walked away covered in more than a little spit-up and with a whole respect for parents of multiples!

miriam and i grew up down the street from each other, we were in the same pre-k class and graduated from the same high school. it was a little bit strange and a lot incredible to photograph her wedding, like time was playing a trick on all of us. i loved that at least two dozen people still knew me as missy, it felt like i stepped back into the 80’s!
